Privacy policy

Private Fieldy is made by AI Eh By Solutions (Canada). This policy covers the optional sync service.

What we collect

• Your sign-in identity (Google, Apple or email address) through Google Identity Platform.
• What you choose to sync: conversations (titles, transcripts, summaries, speakers, bookmarks, location if you turned it on), tasks, speaker profiles including voice embeddings, templates, names and terms, Ask history and, if you turn it on, recordings.
• Device names you register and technical logs (IP address, time, request) kept for security for up to 30 days.

Why

Only to keep your data in step between your devices, to show share links you create, and to protect the service. No advertising, no sale, no training of AI models.

Who sees it

You, and anyone with a share link you created (only the parts you chose, until you revoke it or it expires). It is stored on Google Cloud in Montréal (northamerica-northeast1). Google is our processor.

Google Calendar and Google Tasks (optional)

If you connect a Google account (Settings → Calendar → Connect Google Calendar & Tasks), the service keeps a Google refresh token, encrypted, and your Google email address. With Calendar it reads your calendar list and the events of the calendars you choose, to show them and to put an event's title and attendees on the conversation recorded during it; it never changes your calendar. With Tasks it copies your Fieldy tasks to the Google Tasks list you choose and copies that list's tasks back (text, due date, done, deleted). Apart from the token, your calendar choice and the link between each Fieldy task and its Google task (with its last synced text, due date and status), Google data is stored only where it becomes part of your synced conversations and tasks. It is used only for these features, is never shared, sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models, and no person reads it unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnect in the same place (or delete your account) and the service revokes its access at Google and deletes the token; you can also remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Retention and deletion

Data stays until you delete it. Deleting a conversation deletes it and its recording from the service; deleted items leave a marker without content so your other devices delete them too. Settings → Sync → Delete account deletes everything, or use the deletion request page.

Your rights

You can see, export and delete your data at any time (PIPEDA). Questions: contact@ai-eh-by.ca.

Risks

Recordings and voice embeddings are personal information. They are encrypted in transit and at rest; share links are public to anyone who has them.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Your theme choice is kept in your own browser. When you send the contact, support or deletion form, your name, email address and message are emailed to us to answer you.
